Deşi e o practică putin folosită la noi în ţară, SJK Kennels – American Bulldog a decis să spargă gheaţa şi să ofere garanţie pentru bulldogii americani care provin de la noi.
Garanţia vizează displaziile, entropionul, ectropionul, strabismul, problemele cardiace congenitale şi bineînţeles bolile infecţioase precum parvoviroza canină.
De asemenea în termenii contractului de garanţie este prevăzută obligaţia noului proprietar de a respecta legile româneşti cu privire la activităţile şi întreţinerea câinilor.
Dezideratul SJK’s American Bulldog este cel mai bine descris de cuvintele lui Greg Souza:
“I want a bulldog to have excellent structure and movement[...] good coat and skin, as well as being a clean breather [...] tons of drive and energy, but be clear headed too. “
Despite the fact that the guarantee practice is not very popular among the Romanian breeders, SJK Kennels -American Bulldog is breaking the ice offering a guarantee contract for SJK’s American Bulldogs.
The terms of our contract are covering issues linked to dysplazia, entropion, ectropion, congenital heart disease, cross eyes and of course serious infectious disease as parvo.
We want to emphasize that our contract is bonding the new owner to obey to the Romanian Laws concerning the ownership of a dog.
This way we really hope to make serious steps toward our bulldogging ideal best expressed by Greg Souza:

Mirela şi Dan Sabău anunţă decizia ca toată activitatea lor de creştere şi selecţie a rasei american bulldog să se desfăşoare de azi înainte sub numele de St. John’s Kids Kennels, având initialele SJK.
Mulţumim toturor acelora care n-au sfătuit spre bine şi mai ales celor care n-au împărăşit din experienţa lor.

their American Bulldog breeding program will continue under the name of St. John’s Kids Kennels – SJK.
În primul rând proprietarul cuibului trebuie să înregistreze acest cuib la American Bulldog Association (ABA). Acest lucru este posibil dacă atât masculul cât şi femela sunt înregistraţi ABA.
Dacă proprietarul masculului nu este acelaşi cu al femelei montate, se completează actul numit Sevice Certificate de către proprietarul masculului.
Se trimit poze individuale cu puii.
Se achită o taxă de 10 $ + 2 dolari pentru fiecare pui..
Apoi se aşteaptă procesarea actelor.
ABA eliberează actele individuale numite Registration Certificate nu direct pedigreele. Noii proprietari pot cu aceste certificate să-i înregistreze noii căţei pe numele lor şi să solicite pedigree.

Numele puilor se completeaza în metoda actuala ABA:
Ex.: Half and Half’s A, Half and Half’s B şi mai departe C,D… câţi pui are cuibul. Numele real al căţelului, ex.: Half and Half Criş este înregistrat de noul proprietar.
ABA Litter Registration.
Both sire and dam must be ABA registered and in the current owner’s name before litter can be registered. If sire and dam are not registered with he ABA, they must be single registered before we can register the litter.
The fee is 10$ plus 2$ for each puppy.
Then we wait for ABA to issue temporary puppy papers, called Registration Certificate (Puppy).
That registration Certificate will be used by the new owner to register his puppy on his own name.
The new ABA’s name policy is to use letters in temporary names and the real names at new owner registration.
